The UTEP College of Business Administration received a gift of $19,000 from Shell Oil Company to support two new initiatives for the benefit of students.

The first initiative is a Shell-sponsored trip to Houston for students to visit the Shell Oil facility. Shell employees would serve as mentors for the day and share their personal experiences about working for Shell.

The second initiative will deliver a presentation to UNIV 1301 students (entering freshmen) about Shell Oil business practices and/or discuss interesting aspects about the corporation.
