MBA Information Session

For undergraduates just finishing their degrees, working professionals who want to increase their pay and job security, or experienced business managers and executives hoping to take their skills and knowledge to the next level, a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at El Paso may be the next step.

An informational session will take place at the new UTEP Graduate Business Center in downtown El Paso at 201 E. Main St. (the Chase Bank building), Suite 110. The presentation will cover the various program formats, the curriculum and the admissions process, as well as answer the questions “Why get an MBA?” and “Why get an MBA from UTEP?” The 30-minute session will include a brief presentation followed by questions and answers.
UTEP’s graduate business programs, ranked No. 2 in the nation for Hispanics by Hispanic Business magazine, are designed to accommodate students from all backgrounds.

  • The Flexible MBA is available to full-time or part-time students.
  • The Accelerated MBA is a fast-track, cohort-style option that allows students to finish their MBA in two years by attending class twice a week.
  • The newly launched Executive MBA is an 18-month program for business leaders with at least eight years of experience.
  • The International MBA, to start in the fall, will include language instruction in business-related Spanish and Chinese and a series of international travel and research engagements.

The information session is  free and open to the public.
