You are invited to hear firsthand the Obama Administration's Trade Agenda and what it means for the future of the Paso del Norte. The Border Trade Alliance (BTA), Foreign Trade Association and UTEP's College of Business Administration are co-sponsoring a conference and symposium May 8-9 at UTEP's El Paso Natural Gas Center with speakers representing the International Trade Administration, Mexico's Ministry of the Economy, and other agencies.
Noted speakers include Everett Eissenstat, Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for the Americas, and Lorenza Martinez-Trigueros, Mexcio's Undersecretary of Industry, and others. Click here for the complete Agenda.
Registration is $55 per person and includes a continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, coffee breaks and access to all conference speakers. A Saturday Symposium, free of charge, is also scheduled for university faculty, trade officials, industry representatives and government officials.
