Biography

As a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award, Belal earned both his MBA (CIS Concentration) and BBA (CIS major) from UTEP. With experience in program analysis and real estate management, Belal brings an eclectic background to his desire to continue in academia. His research interests include understanding the role of digital divide in developed and less developed countries, developing country efficiency, IT security, and IT ethics.
