Biography
Born in Myanmar (Burma). Earned medical degree from Institute of Medicine Mandalay. Background business and management experiences in privately owned, foreign joint venture, semi-government and non-governmental organizations. Have teaching experience in Purdue University as adjunct faculty, and associate instructor in UTEP.
