Biography

Si Hyun is a Ph.D. student in Management at the College of Business Administration. Prior to coming to UTEP, She earned M.S. in Business Administration from Korea University. While pursuing an M.S. at Korea University, she received core curriculum assistant scholarship and administrative assistant scholarship. She earned BBA in Management from Chosun University and received honor scholarship and family scholarship while pursuing a BBA. Her research interests are organizational justice, organizational cynicism, counterproductive work behavior, and diversity and bi-identity.
