After earning his BA from the National Economics University in Vietnam, Anh Duc was awarded a Vietnamese Government scholarship which financially enabled him to earn his MBA (Finance concentration) from the University of New Orleans. He has taught as a lecturer for National Economics University and researcher for the Vietnam Development Forum (a joint research project between the National Graduate School of Policy Studies in Japan and National Economics University). His research interests lie in corporate and international finance. He is currently working on several reseach projects including the effects of earnings smoothing, lines of credit, and market timing on the underpricing of seasoned equity offerings. His papers have been published in the Managerial Finance, the Insurance Markets and Companies: Analyses and Actuarial Computations, and the Development Economics Review Journals.
