Biography

Abby earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Arizona and attained her MBA (Economics concentration) from the University of Texas at El Paso. At UTEP she held a research assistantship position during which she assisted with research in employee job search activity and diversity as it relates to human resource management. Her current research interests include cultural impacts on human resource management, business use of social network sites, and topics of entrepreneurship.
