With respect to employee productivity, patient satisfaction, mortality rates, budget utilization, physician care vs. fiduciary expectations by management.
Michelle Ruiz earned her MBA (Management and Health Organization Management) from Texas Tech University; and her B.A. (Philosophy and Women’s Studies) from Southern Methodist University. She has many years of experience in health care management in the public and private sector; where she spearheaded multiple projects to streamline process improvements of patient flow. Her current research interests are focused on the effects of organizational management in the health care environment.
