Diversity Issues at Work, International Human Resource Management
María Fernanda Wagstaff is an associate professor in the Department of Marketing and Management at the University of Texas at El Paso. Dr. Wagstaff received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. Her current research interests include diversity issues at work and international human resources. Her work appears in journals such as Personnel Psychology, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and The International Journal of Human Resource Management. She has been an ad-hoc reviewer for various journals including Academy of Management Journal and Applied Psychology: An International Review. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, and the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is currently the recipient of the Robert E. and Jacqueline Skov Professorship in Business Ethics.
